Bebo is the next generation social networking service where members share their lives and explore great entertainment, and can stay in touch with their College friends, connect with friends, share photos, discover new interests and just hang out on the top social networking site in the U.K. Recently, it unveiled a strategy it is calling Open Media. Its nearly 20 million unique visitors in September will be allowed to store video and music content from partners in their profile pages, and distribute and share the media files with friends, as well as people they don’t know who happen to have similar tastes in entertainment. They are taking it to the next level and joins the social networking ad race along with Facebook and other sites.
