We usually have bacon in our breakfast. It is very good with fried rice, fried egg, or grits. But they shrink so much that I would end up cooking more for the two of us. I know it is the type of bacon that we bought. Today I found out that that there is a bacon that is cooked the traditional way and so it does not shrink. It is from the pig next door website. The good thing is that they deliver it to your door when you are member of the bacon of the month club. If you are a serious bacon lover, or have no time to shop in the markets, this is a good option.
