Outer banks

It is always my dream to go on a vacation somewhere where we can truly relax, where we can refresh in nature’s unspoiled beauty that all alleviate us from stress or depression once in a while. We deserve that don’t we? Especially after all we have been through, all the work and responsibilities. One of my favorites is the beach. Oh how I missed the beach! It’s been years since I’ve been in one. We have lot of white sand and beaches in Philippines, but here in the US, I want to go back to North Carolina for this wonderful vacation and stay at Outer Banks rentals and beach homes, where we can be ‘at home’ while we enjoy the place, the beach and the unforgettable time.

I lost weight!

The nicest lady that I encounter and dealt with recently, God bless her, she was the sweetest person in my life here, asked me if I still weigh ninety-five pounds. I have not weighed myself lately really, so from my estimate I still weigh around that number. I answered in the affirmative so and to make the inquisition more quick and easy. But few days after that encounter I had the chance to be near the weighing scale, so since it’s right on my face I stepped on it prepared myself in moments while my body mass instructs the pointer to the right reading. I lost weight! Someone is happy but I remember my mother told me not to get so thin. So I have to do balancing work now. If you want to lose weight, exercise your body, eat healthy foods and if you must, some diet supplement that your doctor is okay with, too.

Who wants free stuff? Don’t we all? Of course if they are good stuff. But if we cant get it free, maybe a discount? Now here’s discount diet pills that must not be painful in the wallet so we can lose weight happily knowing the deal you’ve got. Of course, always consult your doctor what is best one for you, or what should you do better.

Irritation

Everybody has a share of ‘bad weather’ lately. We got record snow depth here in the south; it was beautiful, but dangerous to motorists and the health too, with the cold and dry wind! And today I learned some friends from different states are getting sick. At least my mother-in-law covered herself well when we toured around the snow-covered grounds, for she has really thin skin now and it gets irritated easily, so she will not get eczema, dryness or rashes not just from the weather but from other factors as well.

It’s soft and tastes good

I noticed something different with the drinking water here, it’s supposed to be tasteless and we know how that tastes, but lately I didn’t find it perfect, and it was only either because of my palates whatever happened to them, or the water itself but then it could have been purified so it leaves the filter and such. Anyway the appliance is many years old so we need new water softener now. I find one at aquatell. I can say that’s a good taste.

Out for fresh air

Magic Kingdom, Disney World I really needed and break and a fresh air and some fun in my life so I decided to visit my good friend in Florida. We had been planning it and I didn’t mind whatever it cost me financially for the experience will be more worth it. See there are a lot of things, almost everything that are more important in life than money that that can be taken away from us, or be lost in an instant, but it is what good we feel inside that matters and the intangible things that only matter in the end. Oh how glad I was and thankful that I made it despite the lack of support and the obstacle I had to cross. I learned and enjoyed a lot of things that I will treasure forever, relationships, friendships and memories.
