It’s amazing what technology can bring us. Everything is going digital, even cigars going electronic. I don’t know about electronic cigarette but sure there are available in the market that comes with chargers and batteries, some even don’t come any batteries at all. Just dispose it, as you should. Maybe the good things about it, as other are saying, are that it might not give me and others headache with the stinking smoke smell but instead a misty vapor is ‘produced’, no real smoke.
