I am putting on a few pounds now (relatives are happy for me), and though everyone says it is still fit, I really wanted to start taking classes again, dance classes, with women of same goals and for socializing, fun and learning new things, while becoming toned. It works! So I checked on it and organized my schedule. I may not go for weight loss pills that work right now, though there are still available out there. I think it is best for those who want to shred more unnecessary fats while also doing exercises.
