Dealing and interacting with different interesting people every day, from good to rude guests, handling guest complains, exceeding guest’s expectations and spending more time at work are so stressful. In order to do my job properly, I need to maintain and improve my mental and physical health to stay power in situations of tension and stress, I am taking multivitamin everyday. It improves my well being that helps me provide a high standard of hospitality service to our guests. As a result, I’ve been recognized as “The Star performer of the Month”.

The most awaited Royal Wedding of the century is now finished. The grand affair was aired live on the television and social media all around the world. Billions of people including myself have watched and enjoyed viewing the wedding. What a great joy I saw in Prince William and Kate Middleton’s smiles. The wedding was so well prepared and organized and the solemnity was preserved despite of the tension from the crowd that was standing hours from the palace, to the church and to the Hotel just to see the couple and be a part of the wedding history. I admired the simplicity of Kate Middleton. She looks very sexy and pretty in her modest and elegant wedding gown. What a lucky and blessed couple. May God bless them.

Shopping is one of my hobbies. It feels so nice to shop however, waiting and falling in line to the counter is so annoying. I am thankful for the high technology today. Malls, shopping Centers, Supermarkets & any other stores are now using barcode scanner which is very useful & helpful. It makes everyone’s job easier & makes the service faster for the convenience of the shoppers.

It’s summer time! This is the best time for us with my family to go out, to relax and have fun. We have been in “Enchanted River” in Surigao Del Sur which is known for its mysterious depth that gives deep sky blue color. We’ve been also in Emaars Wave pool in Davao City and Panas Falls in New Corella Composta Valley province. I am enjoying the summer. It was so hot these days but yesterday the weather changed to shady until it rained. What a cool summer. I went outside & played in the rain. I just miss being a kid.

I am dreaming to have my own family and own house. My house should be in a quiet and peaceful place, away from the City, with a durable, beautiful and elegant furnitures and interior designs. I will choose plantation shutters for this is the interior products I need for my dream house. It will perfectly fit with any décors and it is not just elegant and durable but also affordable in price. My kids & my husband for sure will love it. And we will live happily ever after. Wish God will make my dream come true.

As Guest Relation Officer, I have to make sure that our guests received the best possible personalized service while staying in our Hotel. As my way to A+ our in-house guests especially to those who are celebrating their weddings, birthdays, anniversaries & any other special occasions. I send them fresh & elegant flowers from Saint Paul florists. Our guests really get surprised, impressed and happy with the beautiful flowers they receive. It made them our regular guests.
