Few months ago I have had board mates who were all electronics and communications engineers. They were so cute. They were there to work on several cell towers around the province. Of course it was after all the issues regarding cell tower lease has been settled. If you have been or will be contacted by a wireless carrier for a cell phone tower lease on your property, it is better to see cell tower consultants for network providers and property owners, to explain to you every aspect and effect like legal issues, and especially advise you of the fair market value of your property, so you’ll get the most of the lease, aside from the obvious.

TV in HD

We went to a friend’s house one time and I was pretty impressed with their nice house. I like their house design and the interior arrangements. The TV was catching since it is huge and so alive in the background. Had it been an HDTV, it would be the nicest we have seen that time. I mean, the high definition experience from watching an HDTV is so worth it, for those who like that level of entertainment, for clarity of the video and audio output. But though it was like it, we were able to watch an entertainment show from home even when it is not the clearest reception.

We have three television sets in our house. But I want to have a new bigger flat screen TV in my bedroom. In that way when I want to see movies I do not need to go the our living room. I need to be sure though that I will have a plasma tv mount with it that will hold the TV securely. Having it will save a space and I can adjust the angle as I want.

Christmas is coming. I need to think about what to give to my loved ones as Christmas. One thing that came into my mind is buying PS3 for my special cousin. I just need to tell her mom to make schedule when he is allowed to use it so it won’t affect his studies. I want him to have fun playing with it but after school assignments are done.
