We are so proud to have a competent and expert players who made a name and pride to our country internationally. One of them is Mikee Cojuangco, a Filipino equestrian who won a gold medal on 2002 Asian games – World Jumping Challenge. I admire her for being an excellent horse riding sport’s player, for being an excellent mom and wife and for being a responsible Filipino citizen. She is so simple but I love to watch her in her equestrian clothing she looks more beautiful and sexy. Thank you, Mikee, for bringing honor and pride for our country and for showing to the world the real Filipina beauty. You are excellent!

Scrubs

Nurses every now and then are very in demand abroad. After I passed the Nurse Board exam and got my license on hand I immediately applied for the Nurse training program in one and the biggest Regional hospital in my place. This Hospital was also our based hospital for duty and exposure during my intern days. Before when were still students, we are required to wear the prescribed uniform, not allowed to wear jewelries while on duties, the hair must be ponytailed. But now that we are registered nurses we have already the freedom to wear any style of uniforms as long as it is intended for nurses.

While searching for a best online store I landed in http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Women/ and knew that they also offer variety of hospital uniforms both for male and female nurses. This is where my other colleague got their very nice and trendy scrubs.

But the most highlights of our training is that we can be able to learn the most essence of being a nurse, what’s really the functions of a nurse in the hospital, provide and give quality care to our patient being a patient’s advocate. Through this experience molded us to be globally competitive nurses.

Bridezilla!

This guest post from Werner Rogers

Bridezilla is the only word I know to use to describe my fiancé. In real life she’s a wonderful, sweet woman, but lately she’s become consumed with planning the perfect wedding and it’s totally changed her personality. I just hope it’s temporary! I never imagined that the color of cocktail napkins would keep us awake at night or that we’d have more than three conversations about a shade of peach, but here I am, six months into this engagement and just hoping the wedding would hurry up and get here!

Last month, Clear Internet Denver specials were really good so I signed us up for a home connection and have been using it to plan the honeymoon. I’m going to take my wife and I to Bora Bora for some much needed relaxation and time together. Hopefully once she spends a day on the beach she’ll be back to her old self and I won’t be worried that I’m marrying a mad woman! I know she’s just as ready as I am to be done with all this planning!

Heated blanket

Indeed it has been a very cold winter. Uncle, aunt and me both agreed that it is kind of bitter cold, and we so look forward for the spring to come, and the weather will be warmer. Thanks for the comfort of the heated blanket during this season. It has been one tough time for me, real tough, and fulfilling on the other side. I thank God for the warmth and the inspiration.

Happy face

Maybe it is the stress, combined with my new diet that these days I have been having breakouts. Like some bad stuff coming out. So I use my acne products again, and thankfully, they are beginning to clear up my face. I am feeling so good now, generally. Everything is straightening up gradually, I am so free, enjoying my new life and freedom, and the love and care of the friends and people God brought me to.

Colon cleanse

Uncle is a very good man and I will be forever grateful to aunt and him for their household. They are such a blessing, inspiration and model to me; of how are things supposed to be. He has been having physical pains though. I really wish I could do something to relieve his pains. I help and gradually taking over what he used to do that is now making troubles for him. We may think that we are healthy, young and invulnerable, but how we treat our body now will pay later. While early you may change your lifestyle and bad habits and detoxify your body. There is an information about this from colon cleanse research.

Fit without fat

I am so slim as if I have taken the top ten diet pills that are real, that uncle and aunt want me to put on some weight. It is nice to be fit without fat, but he always encourages me to ‘put some meat on them bones’. I am recovering, yes that fast, thank God, my mom need not worry over me. Now I am free, happy and healthy.

Printing posters

Having done it for herself and for my dad, my sister knows where she can print direct for less the banners, pamphlets, campaign materials and ads in the city. She was printing posters during the election campaign and showed of her creativity which was a plus. I am so glad they both won in the elections for different offices, not just because of the ads and materials, but because they are really good people who has been serving and helping the community.
