Our little girl

Jun 20, 2014 Author: bluegreen butterfly | Filed under: Health

Few days ago we brought our little girl to the hospital and admitted due to sever pneumonia. We were so afraid for what may happen to her but thanks God for He’s there always intervening her life by caring and healing her sickness. God also provided our needs especially for the finances. One thing I appreciated we prepared ahead of time our health insurances. I’m sure anyone who can afford for it are also did the same. Companies who delivered the same services are available online like at Please care for your health.

Joint relief

In the past my dad had joint pains and arthritis and he was really hurting. I am glad he has not have it for long time now. Joint discomforts are very painfully aggravating even when we have it from being cold or in the cold weather. However you got it, you need nothing more than joint pain relief as in the right product your doctor recommends.

Health insurance benefits

It is something when we get sick, and of all of the times, when we are alone and most especially trying, when we have limited money to pay for the medical services. And I am so glad that we’re under insurance or it would have added to the pain I was seeing the doctor for. Recently, my father-in-law has been in and out of hospital and I know it will be easier for him if he has disability insurance. I’ve read about Allsup and how they helped people with disabilities through their financial and health care related services, and how Allsup helped patients process their Social Security Disability Insurance and Medicare benefits successfully. This will be a great relief for him as Allsup has helped many people too.

Alcohol increases risk of cancer

Sep 4, 2008 Author: bluegreen butterfly | Filed under: Health, Personal

Drinking alcohol is not good for our health as well as smoking are not good for our health. What I do not understand with so many people is that they continue on their vices no matter how government and health professional inform them of the bad effects of it. Some of them will not stop because they do not feel the side effects of it abruptly. May be that is one of the reasons why they continue on.

World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has warned the drinking alcohol increases risk of cancer.

There is now strong evidence that alcohol increases risk of breast cancer, bowel cancer, kidney cancer and cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx and esophagus.

WCRF recommend that if people drink alcohol at all, they limit consumption to two drinks a day for a man and one for a woman.

For more information on the link between alcohol and cancer risk, download the WCRF recommendations booklet at

How Much Salt is Too Much?

Aug 31, 2008 Author: bluegreen butterfly | Filed under: Homes and improvement

Everyone of us should be aware of the nutritional facts label when we buy and eat processed food. We should be very careful about our diet. Too much of everything is not good just like too much salt is dangerous for our health. Salt can be a predisposing factor of having high blood pressure and kidney problems. We should drink 8-112 glasses per day in order to flash out the toxins of our body.
Experts suggest not having any more than 6g of salt per day.

About three quarters of the salt in our diets comes from processed food. Check food labels and choose products with less salt.

If a food label only talks about the amount of sodium in it, you can work out how much salt is in it by multiplying it by 2.5. As a general rule, food with 1.5g of salt per 100g or higher is high in salt, while if it has 0.3g per 100g or lower it is low in salt.
