Who would have known that our simple talks of taking a breather and visiting places to have some fun were not just simple at all, for it was also serious and would happen in reality. At least I could say it after my friend really requested one week off her work just to ‘accommodate’ me while vacation in her place. The other day I finally booked and paid my own flight to Florida. I was so excited. It’s kind of my real first adventure, on my own and I am so looking forward for the enjoyment, fun, memories and meeting new people and going to new places. I love traveling, it is for me ‘healing’.

WP automatic upgrade
I had been wanting to upgrade my old version of wordpress. This was the first one I set up and I had not used fantastico by then, so I could upgrade it automatically, just manually which is for me risky, playing with databases and such. I expected it to be complicated so I wanted to have all the time needed. But I am so glad to have finally decided to use the wp-automatic plugin. It worked seemlessly and without error. I was so relieved it upgraded my version to the recent one after using very old version. Thanks for the plugin.

Cold day
It was such a beautiful day in this photo almost a month ago. Today we had also a pretty day, no rain, the sky so bright, in fact so bright there is something into it, then I realized, of course, almost all the trees are leafless and lifeless, it cleared the area, a very very cold, quiet and indeed a lonely place this time of the year. But I had a wondeful day. I’m seizing it.
Christmas cards
I had not much chance to buy a Christmas card last week so I just made my own out from old unused cards and customized it for someone. I made some effort on it so it was special for me. But now I have plenty and good time to order Christmas cards for the rest of the gang. Pear tree greetings have one of the most attractive and appealing cards that you can also customize even with your family’s pictures to make it uniquely you and yours.
