Some Christians asked me why they experienced terrible life in spite of turning their life for God. I told them, Serving God and knowing Him more and more is not easy, the more we draw our self to Him the more Satan will harm and tempt us, he wants to destroy our life so no one will believe us and believe Jesus name. As Christians we have to be careful and take heed about it.
We just arrived at home from our work but we pass-by at mall for a while and bought a piece of sleeper and dress for our daughter. This is one of so many ways of expressing our love to her. We love our self, we love our brothers and sisters, we love our husband or wife but loving our children surpasses everything.
I find gardening as one of my hobbies. I really enjoyed seeing the flowers in our yard, it brightens up my day and gives me inner feeling of joy. Every time I see my flowers bloom, I always look up and say Thank you Lord for the beautiful creations you let us enjoy. This flower named Gerbera, I bought this in the flower shop a year ago, this came from Malaysia according to the sales lady. this was so tiny but now it grows more beautiful each day. It never stop giving me beautiful pink flower. This is only seldom to happen to give three flower at a time. That is why I took a shot!
Honestly speaking, I’ve learned a lot about homiletic especially during the discussions because of the questions rises. As a teacher I considered the two ways of learning and there are the learning coming from the teacher and learning from the students. Both have a unique and stored Ideas that are applicable to the place where God puts us. Never stop learning.
Spending time with our family is an investment. For most of the time we spent a lot in our jobs, career and etc. and our children are not monitored while they grew. It also improves the relationship for both the husband and wife, and it opens the mind and heart for children to their parents. Lot of children’s experiences didn’t reveal to their parent. They tried to hide it because they are not open. Hopefully we can spend a lot of time for them.
You know, we cant deny the fact that everyone of us has each own challenges in life. Honestly speaking, waking up early in the morning is my problem. I have a hard time of dealing with it but later through the influence of my Korean friends I was able to cope it up. Now I’m change and I used to woke up early in the morning. But to tell you honestly, my problem now is the used of my gadgets and laptop. Hopefully I can overcome this by using it minimal.
I’m tired for adjustment and tired of facing problem and discussions, as a father or mother of the families this is the most and common problems we are facing. Lots of discussions, pride and selfish attitudes are manifested. The husband don’t wanted to be dictated by a wife and asks for respect, and a wife longs for care and sometimes wanted to be loved by just allowing them to do whatever they wanted in life without consultations to their husbands. These are common to families. And for us today I’m happy of what we have and what we are experiencing right now. I do not know if what will gonna happen later but for me as long as were happy today that is enough.
