I was comfortable when I bought my etickets because I had plenty of time, an hour and half to board for the connecting flight to Mumbai. But my first flight bound Singapore yesterday was delayed for an hour so, and that leaves me thread chance if I could make it, so tight squeeze there. So I told the agents on the check-in counter about that, and gladly, they took care of it, anyway, it’s not my fault to have missed the next flight. They placed me in the best seat and treat me like a VIP traveller, haha, I didn’t think it mattered if they let me board last as long as I go out first, but they let me in first. I felt spoiled. Darn, those people are very caring of their costumers! I did not regret Silkair was delayed. They promised that someone’s gonna take care of me in Singapore and if I would miss my flight, oh God please no, they would arrange for hotel for me to stay the night in, as they do with others. For me Singapore Changi is very big airport and if I will just walk and run, still.. Okay so I entrusted it to them. Imagine how worried we were, especially hubby, for me to extend another day? Oh well. Part of a travel experience I would not mind having, anyway, it was secured and safe.

Off to India
So I’m gonna fly today to India to spend the holidays with hubby. I will be there for almost a month, and glad that I will still see my family after that. I still go back to the Philippines after the India trip for final departure to the USA. I am so excited for the trip though. We have been away for more than a month and half now. If I would not have this Indian vacation for a month, I will be away for three months and hubby said he’s not gonna let me leave that long, so long. But be together in few hours. Keep posted for my stay in India. Bon voyage for me.

Travel agents in Davao
Before buying tickets from travel agency, of course it is just wise to canvass from different offices so we find way where to save some for the difference might be considerable. Hubby sent me a link of travel agencies in Davao which I called to see which is cheapest. The one I bought etickets from is not the cheapest, it has a bit difference with the next one but the costumer service was ideal, as opposed to the one I first decided to buy them from. The travel agency is
KAIBIGAN TRAVELS AND TOURS

There, I am promoting them because I really appreciate the way they handle business. For other travel agencies, you can visit the site Wow Philippines! Davao travel agents.
Itinerary change
My itinerary follows the Davao-Singapore-Mumbai and back route and in my return I have 30 minute allowance to make it on the second leg. Granted the flight will not be delayed from Mumbai on midnight, there is a chance but I would have to run in the big airport in Singapore. But today, four days before my flight I changed that, and glad that the travel agency was cooperating. I may stay for several hours in Singapore, but it gives me plenty of time to make it to the next flight heading home, Davao.
Construction theft protection
Safe and Secured. I’m up high here, you can not steal me. Who would dare?
There are many people who steal things, and don’t forgive even construction equipments, especially portable ones. So construction team end up securing and hanging the tools with the crane. They would have to struggle if they really want to steal the equipments. Worth the theft effort? This was taken during our trip to New Orleans during our swamp tour.
Frontier trivia of the day:
One of LoJack’s Guide to Theft Protection is to park equipment close together and in a circle if feasible, with smaller pieces in the center; chain small equipment to larger equipment
In the park

Inside the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It was a pretty place with a lot of ancient works still preserved, especially the stone works and carvings. It was beautiful.
Frontier trivia of the day:
India is a land where temple elephants exist amicably with the microchip (tourindia.com)
Auto rickshaw

I am sharing photos of just some of the street scenes on our way to our next destination, the national park. A cyclist and a driver riding their public mode of transportation they call auto “rickshaw’. Rickshaws all over the place have the same colors and styles, and as taxis.
Frontier trivia of the day:
India’s Judicial system consists of a Supreme Court (one chief justice and 25 associate justices are appointed by the president and remain in office until they reach the age of 65 or are removed for “proved misbehavior”)
