We have three television sets in our house. But I want to have a new bigger flat screen TV in my bedroom. In that way when I want to see movies I do not need to go the our living room. I need to be sure though that I will have a plasma tv mount with it that will hold the TV securely. Having it will save a space and I can adjust the angle as I want.

Hansgrohe
So I am here enjoying being home, but what is the use if we can’t help? So we are going to renovate things that need to be improved or space to be enlarged, for somehow, the house seemed to grow smaller. Also the plumbing needs tending. We would like to replace our old faucet with Hansgrohe design because it is elegant and more presentable with the previous style. Since there are so many people coming in and out of our house, we might as well make our fixtures more attractive and most of all, functional and durable.
Roofing of our church
At last the roofing of our church in the Philippines is already starting. Praise God and thank you for the sponsor. It is really an answered prayers. For how about 4 years we were attending our church in a very small place. Hopefully the whole church building will be finished. By the way, I love the clouds and the blue sky background.
How Much Salt is Too Much?
Everyone of us should be aware of the nutritional facts label when we buy and eat processed food. We should be very careful about our diet. Too much of everything is not good just like too much salt is dangerous for our health. Salt can be a predisposing factor of having high blood pressure and kidney problems. We should drink 8-112 glasses per day in order to flash out the toxins of our body.
Experts suggest not having any more than 6g of salt per day.
About three quarters of the salt in our diets comes from processed food. Check food labels and choose products with less salt.
If a food label only talks about the amount of sodium in it, you can work out how much salt is in it by multiplying it by 2.5. As a general rule, food with 1.5g of salt per 100g or higher is high in salt, while if it has 0.3g per 100g or lower it is low in salt.

The foundation and substructure had been poured and built, and next month the shop main building will be built. Right now all materials are ready even the door hardware. They are not just ordinary hardware, they are not like the one we have on one of the fence doors here that broke and need replacement. They are durable, stylish and safe complementing today’s technology.

Nowadays we need to be more wise in buying things. When buying outdoor furniture we need to make sure that it is of great quality and economical. We have to make sure of the kind of wood that the furniture is made of. Furniture is important to make our home a better and a convenient place to live in
Back yard garden
If ever I will have my own house, I wanted to have a beautiful back yard garden. I will fill it with all my favourite flowers. I will also plant vegetables and herbal plant. Most of all I will add elegance and refreshing style into my garden decor with a hammock chair. It would be a great place to relax and to refresh.
